Peter Boxer
Peter is a former diplomat with 30 years’ experience representing the UK internationally, including in complex and politically sensitive environments. He led multi-country teams and provided strategic counsel to ministers, ambassadors, and heads of government, helping to navigate delicate negotiations and build trusted coalitions. His work included influencing national and regional governments to advance diplomatic, economic, and development priorities.
His career took him across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Now focused on supporting mission-driven organisations, Peter brings deep experience in diplomacy, strategy, and governance to help others unlock influence, navigate complexity, and deliver lasting change.
A governor of both a secondary school and a further education college, he is particularly committed to ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to thrive

Mike Kelly
Mike is a strategic adviser and campaign architect with a track record of shaping policy and public opinion at the highest levels in the UK and internationally. Over a career spanning corporate leadership, public affairs, journalism and civic advocacy, he has designed and delivered campaigns that unlock influence, shift entrenched systems, and deliver meaningful change.
Mike has advised FTSE 100 companies, governments, and social impact organisations, helping them navigate complex political and regulatory environments. His work combines deep insight into institutional power with a sharp sense of timing and narrative: enabling clients to seize opportunities, align stakeholders, and build coalitions that last.
Mike is Chair of the Magistrates Employers Forum, and has driven national conversations around civic participation and public services.
He also brings personal experience as a community volunteer and public services reformer: grounding his work in a commitment to equity, inclusion, and dignity.
Whether supporting philanthropists, mobilising grassroots movements, or advising boards and executive teams, Mike brings clarity, creativity, and strategic acumen to causes that matter.

Harbakhsh Grewal BEM
Harbakhsh is an award-winning communications strategist and heritage leader, recognised in the 2024 New Year Honours with the British Empire Medal for his outstanding voluntary service to Sikh and Punjabi heritage in the UK.
He brings over three decades of experience in Westminster politics, public affairs, and cultural advocacy, helping mission-driven organisations sharpen their voice, build strategic influence, and deepen public engagement. As Vice-Chair of the UK Punjab Heritage Association, Harbakhsh has led some of the most innovative public history initiatives in recent years, including the landmark Empire, Faith & War project, which illuminated the hidden stories of Sikh soldiers in the First World War through exhibitions, digital storytelling, and education programmes.
Harbakhsh also serves as a PR and editorial consultant to Kashi House, a leading publisher of Sikh and South Asian history. His work spans communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and content curation: always with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices and creating inclusive narratives.
A champion of community-led history, Harbakhsh has inspired and mobilised hundreds of citizen historians, and is a regular commentator on Sikh heritage and identity. Whether advising cultural institutions, supporting grassroots initiatives, or shaping national campaigns, he brings integrity, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose to everything he does.
